YOUTH BASKETBALL RESULTS - JANUARY 31

One more Saturday of games for most of our teams.  The tournaments will be released after February 8 meeting to determine seeding.  Our older teams have one more week before their season is over. 

How Did Elkmont Do Today?
5 & 6 Coed   
Elkmont 1 racked up an undefeated season 
as they beat Elkmont 4, 26-0.

Elkmont 2 defense kept Owens 3 to one point 
as they put together a 19-1 win.


   
Blue Springs 3 beat Elkmont 3.  
Wanted to say how proud we are of our team.  They played so hard this season, made such great improvements, and even had a little fun along the way. Great job boys on an 8-2 season. You all did great and of course, thanks to our coaches, Billy Thornton and Zach Missy Crowe. Way to go Devils!! 
  
7 & 8 Boys


Elkmont 1 won 36-9 over East 2.  Curtis Hobbs had 9 points followed by Cole Holt's 8.  Bryson Miller chipped in 6 points and Corder Hobbs and Andrew Jackson contributed 4 points a piece.  Tavien Jackson and Sklyer Eaves finished up the scoring with 2 points each and Will Fleming had 1.   Elkmont improves to 9-1.

9 & 10 Boys 
Elkmont 1 swept through Elkmont 4, 33-3
 
9 & 10 Girls 

Elkmont 1 eased past Elkmont 2, 35-10

11 & 12 Boys   

Tanner 1 wins by eight over Elkmont 2, 29-21

11 & 12 Girls 
Elkmont 1 lost to Blue Springs, 34-23.  Brilee Miller and Emeril Hand led the way with 8 points each.  Maggie Gant, Abby Lovell, and Natalie Lovell each had 2 points followed by Emily Gooch with 1.

BIG NIGHT FOR ELKMONT

The Elkmont basketball program rolled into the Athens Bible School gym, January 27.  All three of our teams came away with wins.  It was a fun night to be a Red Devil fan.

2015 SENIOR NIGHT



The basketball season is winding down and here at Elkmont, we have a tradition of senior night.  Senior night is when we say goodbye to our seniors who participate in the winter sports and are recognized during the last home game of the season.
