The Elkmont Red Devils varsity basketball team attended the University of Alabama basketball team camp on Friday. Our new coach, Dennis Black and assistant coach, Duane Wales spent the time getting to know what the 2015/2016 Red Devils' potential is for upcoming season. The players that attended the camp were Aron Moss, Nathan Teeples, Travis Riggs, Chance Bailey, Eli Hobbs, Brady Garris, Jordan Nelson, Peyton McCown. The two remaining Red Devils on the team weren't able to make the camp. They were Colby Holt and Noah Sharp.
Friday's Results:
Win: 39 to 31 vs Southern Choctow
Loss: Sheffield
Win: 40-33 vs Trinity, Mississippi
Loss: In overtime, 51-50 to Cornerstone
