ELKMONT 1 FINISHES SEASON

In the 11 & 12 year old boy Limestone County League, Elkmont 1 finished with a 9-1 regular season record . They went 1-1 in the Christmas tourney and were seeded third for the post season county tournament.  They finished with one win and two losses in the tourney to finish their season.

Game 1:
The Red Devils snatched a two point win over Tanner, 39-37. 

Matthew Lowery led the way with twenty-one points  and Masin Morris added eight. Jake Beddingfield and Lucas Moss chipped in three each. Ben Sanders and Coby Scroggins rounded out the scoring with two a piece.

             
Game 2:
Elkmont matched up with Ardmore 3 in next round. They fell short, taking a 20-52 loss.  

Matthew Lowery led the way with nine points. Followed by Masin Morris' five points, Ben Sanders added three more. Blake Swanner and Jake Beddingfield finished the scoring with one each.

Game 3:
The Red Devils weren't able to get the win over Ardmore 2, falling short 25-40. Matthew Lowery had nine points. Masin Morris contributed eight more. Coby Scroggins threw in six points and Jake Beddingfield had two points.  

It was a great season and each team member played hard.  They were able to close out most of their games with eleven out of 14 games decided by ten points or less.
