ELKMONT GIRLS FINISH WITH UNDEFEATED RECORD

The  7 & 8 Elkmont 1 girls team ran the table this season. Beating every team during regular season and then stepping it up to win the county tournament is extremely difficult. These young Lady Red Devils accomplished something that few teams do.

THOUGHTS FROM THE STANDS:
The girls finished with an undefeated 13-0 season.  They worked hard and showed that "team" meant thinking about each other as well as winning a game. Watching them play was an inspiration, an example of how to lift each other up in times of trial.

Elkmont 1 carried themselves with class after each win. They thanked not only the team and coaches but always shook the referees hands and thanking them. These girls have made their parents proud and have represented their community well.
